Lean Leader Workshop Group Offer

This offer gives you access to 3 (minimum) to 12 (maximum) spots in a facilitated 2-day workshop done remotely/hybrid.  Duration is 16 hours and can be done over multiple days.

What you'll get:

• A customizable facilitated workshop to train and discuss with a group.  For example:
  • Day 1
    • Kickoff
    • Training/coaching on Common Lessons to all participants
    • Videos, discussions, & assessments.
    • Simulation and Role-Play Exercise #1:  Simulation of an industrial or supply chain process, Value Stream Mapping, 8 Wastes Identification & Analysis, and Project Prioritization.
  • Day 2
    • More lessons, discussions, and assessments. 
    • Simulation and Role-Play Exercise #2:  Kaizen Event (Quick Changeover) and/or Just-in-Time with future state Value Stream Mapping, Simulation Run after improvements made.
    • Get any doubts answered through group discussions and coach guidance.

The total price will be the same, regardless of the total participants. Only one payment is needed.   We will give others access to the lessons after payment is made.
