If you're not sure, simply schedule a free consultation call and we'll understand your needs and possibly customize the pathway sequence as needed.  There are additional add-on modules that can be taken either before or after this program.

Then, after you get in the program, during the first Coaching Call, we'll discuss and make sure you're taking the right path and guide you when some group of lessons (sub-modules) don't apply to you so you can skip them.  You will still have access to all the other belt-specific lessons, so even if your role changes, you'll be able to "adjust course". 

During the Simulation Calls, you get to choose what role to practice.  Most likely, this will be your own role.  But you could also practice for the role you would like to get next in your career, or for the roles you coach others on.

We encourage learners to take all the lessons, but we understand if you have already received a lot of OpEx training some lessons won't be as valuable.  Therefore, we won't mandate you take every single lesson, or you could watch certain lessons at an increased playback speed.

A) If you're not going through it as a group package, then no.  We understand you might already be further in the OpEx journey, so you can skip to the Simulations that would help you the most on what you're working on this year!  You can always skip some for good, or take them in the order that you prefer.

B)  If you're going through it as a group package, yes.  Adults learn better by practicing, discussing, doing, teaching and coaching others.  The Simulation exercises provide an amazing learning experience, and the open-ended nature of the exercise relies on participants to go through the entire simulation.  Good news is that we would only schedule 1-2 hours maximum at one-time, and that you would be able to catch up in a different group if you missed one.
